Parents At Work provide new parents with tools that enable them to feel equipped when faced with the challenges that arise during a parental leave transition - pre, during and after parental leave.

The Parents At Work ParentKIT App is a digital resource guide that contains bite-size messages, toolkits, webinars, podcasts and videos to help parents with their career, wellbeing and family life – the essentials of what they need to think about when going on or returning from parental leave.

These resources are delivered to parents according to their parental leave dates enabling them to receive time-appropriate and tailored content when it’s needed at each transition stage.

The App allows parents to connect with a Work Life Wellbeing Coach who has the specific expertise required to support working parents through the parental leave period.

Included in the App is:
• Expert guidance to ensure they are best prepared for parental leave, stay in touch whilst on leave and have experts on hand as they return to work
• Content developed by a team of Executive Parental Leave Transition Coaches with decades of personal and professional experience
• Access to group coaching forums for parental leave
• Nudges prompting parents to access support at every stage of leave
• Access to company policies and benefits
• Access to the Parents At Work concierge and coaching teams
